Conscious CONNECTS: Music Industry Intensive is an annual skills development event for aspiring and practicing artists and music industry workers in Western Sydney and beyond.

In 2025, Conscious CONNECTS is levelling up and will take place over two days to provide tailored support for practitioners at varying stages of their journey in the music industry:

Join us for this day of discovery, inspire your creativity, find out more about pathways available, and kick off your journey in the music scene!

This drop-in style event will have practical activities, specialised workshops, advice stations and live performances happening throughout the day. This event provides opportunities to create, learn and connect, offering valuable guidance for the next generation of creative talent.

UPSKILL: Sunday 15 June 2025

10am - 5pm

Are you a practicing artist already releasing music, performing regularly or actively working in the industry and are thinking “what's next?” This upskilling intensive provides insights from and networking opportunities with leading industry professionals, helping to guide you for future success!

This full day intensive will feature three sessions that explore different aspects of the music industry, networking opportunities that respond to these themes and live music embedded throughout the event. Attendees will gain practical skills, insights from industry professionals, engage in hands-on activities, and receive take-home resources to level up their practice.

  • Practicing artists or producers who have already released music, musicians who are gigging regularly, your practice is a business, or you're actively working in the music industry as a professional manager, booking agent, event management, or engineer.

  • This is a FREE event however capacity is limited. APPLY by completing the Expression of Interest (EOI) application form and we will notify you about the status of your application.
