First Nations Music Development Program 〰️
CONSCIOUS FIRST
Conscious FIRST is a powerful music development program designed to connect and elevate rising First Nations Hip-Hop & RnB stars at different stages of their career from Western Sydney.
This new initiative of the Conscious program is presented by Campbelltown Arts Centre and Village Boy Entertainment. The inaugural ‘Conscious FIRST’ program pairs acclaimed Conscious Alumni artist Becca Hatch with up-and-coming talent RIAH, both RnB powerhouses from Campbelltown.
Over the course of the program Becca will undergo a residency supporting her practice and the next steps of her career, whilst she mentor’s RIAH on her artistic journey and through the release of a new track and accompanying visuals supported through the program.
Together, they will dive into storytelling through music and how to navigate the tides of the industry. Through shared reflection, they will amplify one another’s voices - sparking a ripple effect that shapes their careers and resonates across audiences and within communities.
